Evangelistic Radio is a powerful and far-reaching tool Oneway Africa uses to share the gospel with hundreds of people across over 100 communities—right where they are. Through this ministry, listeners hear the message of Jesus in their own dialects and are drawn to a deeper understanding and relationship with God.
Evangelistic Radio is one of Oneway Africa’s frontline missionary tools for reaching the unreached. Through strategic radio broadcasts in local languages, we take the gospel into homes, villages, and regions where physical access is limited or impossible. With a focus on worship, real-life engagement, and mobilizing believers, our radio ministry is a vital voice for truth, hope, and transformation across Africa’s spiritual landscape.
What We Do
Each week, our team brings life-transforming content through radio. These broadcasts are intentional, Spirit-led, and community-centered. Here's what you can expect from our programmes:
Audio Bible & Discussion
We play portions of the Bible—sometimes a full chapter or a specific Bible story—in the local dialect and follow it with a practical discussion. This helps listeners not only hear God’s word but also apply it to their everyday lives.
Evangelistic Messages
Knowing that many tuning in may not yet follow Jesus, we preach the Good News and regularly extend altar calls. We’ve seen many come to Christ and also encourage believers to embrace the Great Commission by witnessing to others.
Apologetics
False teachings and misconceptions about Christianity are common in many of the communities we reach. We address these head-on using sound, biblical teaching to correct misunderstandings and declare the truth of the gospel.
Healing & Deliverance Prayers
We believe in the power of prayer and the name of Jesus. During each broadcast, we pray for healing, deliverance, and restoration—trusting God to work miracles in the lives of listeners.
